She has served as tenured faculty and academic dean for over 20 years, is a published author, and has experience obtaining grant funding from federal and state agencies as well as private foundations on behalf of nonprofit organizations.

  • What Is Your Voice: $3K for playground from Mid-Del Foundation
  • Del. Agricultural Museum: $5k for education program from Mid-Del Foundation, and $150K Grant in Aid from the State of Delaware
  • The Dover Century Club: $17K Grant in Aid for scholarships and community service
  • The Meadowlands Museum, NJ: $6500 Bergen County Historical Commission
  • Lebanon Wesleyan Church: $75K for renovations

I also have secured Federal grants while working in higher education such as $7.2 million in Title III (I was part of the team), $100K in NEH, $75K in Perkins.
